Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that the material identified in a DMCA notice was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to us. Your counter-notice should include:
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district where Gamers. cooperates, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

Repeat Infringers
